Emmaus Productions is a non-profit organisation dedicated to providing creative resources and programmes for spiritual development.

While we gather some personal information such as names, addresses and phone numbers for our own marketing and customer service use, we do not gather sensitive information and we do not provide any personal information to third parties without prior consent of the contact - unless we are legally obliged to do so.

Personal information is collected by our organisation for use in our own marketing and customer service operations. This information is accumulated through lawful and fair business practices. We typically collect information about other organisations rather than individuals. We do not collect personal information concerning private individuals without taking reasonable and practicable steps to gain their prior approval.

Emmaus Productions does not use personal information about an individual for a purpose other than for its own marketing and customer service operations. We do not disclose personal information about an individual without their consent unless legally obliged to.

Emmaus Productions will take reasonable steps to make sure that the personal information it collects, uses or discloses is accurate, complete and up-to-date.

Emmaus Productions has in place secure IT and physical security systems to protect personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorised access, modification and disclosure. We will continue to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information no longer required in a responsible manner.

We will communicate generally, what sort of personal information we hold, for what purpose, how we collect, hold, use and disclose personal information. 6. Access and Correction

Emmaus Productions will ensure that where a person requires access to personal information held by the company, this information will be made available within a mutually agreeable time frame. Where information held is incorrect, Emmaus Productions will take all reasonable steps to correct it. If not possible, Emmaus Productions will associate a statement claiming that the information is not accurate.

7. Identifier

Emmaus Productions will not adopt as its own an identifier of an individual or an identifier of an individual that has been assigned by another party.

8. Anonymity

Wherever it is lawful and practicable, Emmaus Productions will transact with individuals respecting their anonymity.

9. Transborder data flows

Emmaus Productions does not have a requirement to transfer personal information about individuals to someone in a foreign country.

10. Sensitive information

Emmaus Productions does not and will not collect sensitive information without an individual's consent.
