Please find below our policy on shipping and returns.

1. Shipping Costs

Our standard rate for postage and handling assumes that the goods are to be delivered within the country that the office is located using our preferred standard method of transport. Any special requirements such as delivery to a different country or using another form of transport will cost extra. If there is not a separate shipping option on the order form that relates to your situation, either contact your nearest office or indicate in the order comments that you will authorise any additional costs associated with your special requirement.

2. Delivery Time

Every attempt will be made to dispatch your order from your nearest Emmaus Productions office within 24 hours of receipt and we will contact you if there is any significant delay in this process. Please allow additional time for standard transport methods to deliver your order.

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods

Emmaus Productions will either replace or (at its discretion) refund any payment relating to damaged or faulty goods supplied by Emmaus Productions provided that a claim is lodged within 21 days of order.

4. Pricing Credit

Emmaus Productions reserves the right to change its prices without notice. Please contact your nearest office if you have a query about the price you have been charged.

5. Other Returns

Emmaus Productions does not normally accept returns or claims for credits for other reasons. Please contact your nearest office if you wish to discuss this in more detail.
